What to keep in mind when returning a product?

1.Items can be returned or replaced. However, if an item is damaged or different from the condition when delivered then we will not be able to replace the product or provide a refund.

2.Incase of any issue regarding size or wrong shipment delivered of mobile cover, customer care representative should be notified within 10 days from the date of delivery .

3.If the item has been delivered successfully but the customer no longer wants it, then the amount of the product will be refunded  to his/her account after receiving the product but the customer will have to bear the shipping charges for this. Price of shipping charge is Rs. 100 per order .

 

What to do if I do not receive my order?

What is the time limit for a refund?

fglkart.com reserves the right to do a thorough quality check of the product to ensure its status before issuing a refund. Once done the refund will be processed within 5-10 working days.

 

What is the procedure if I wish to request for a return/replacement?

If you wish to return/replace any item that you purchased from us then kindly email us at support@gmail.com, write in your details and select “Any issues/related to refund/replacement procedure” option in the subject section to write. Our support team will contact you within 24-48 hours.

 

What is the procedure after I have asked for a refund/replacement?

1.If you do not get the refund/replacement product within 5-10 working days then you can freely contact our support team. They will be happy to assist you early.

2.We will arrange reverse pick up for certain items*.

3.In case you change your mind and wish to keep the product, then cancel the refund/replacement request. If the item has already been dispatched then you can reject the replacement order.

 

When are returns not acceptable?

1.We will not be able to accept any returns after 7 days from the date of delivery.

2.We do not accept when the item is damaged or broken or crushed. Items should not be used.

3.All the items delivered in our “package” must be returned. Anything missing from the “package” will not be accepted.
